It is the newest building in the hotel in Tagum City, and is located close to the downtown area, making it easily accessible. A simple breakfast is provided for breakfast, and there are various restaurants around the hotel.

we stayed only for 1 night. service was good, they upgraded us to 7 floor.. staff was friendly but the room has big crack, water was color gray well they inform me during check in let ut run for few minutes until becuase clear.. i dont know whats going on with there water system..also no water heater so they provided a basin and pail so can reheat the water thru water kettle if want to have hot shower...lol.....price is more expensive than good hotel in davao ...

Price acceptable, but bad environment, lots of mosquitoes, there's a ugly frog inside the comfort room, that's disgusting, room doesn't match with ads photos, disappointed!

The location is not in Davao, on the edge of Tagum Highway, just in the city, the facilities are new, the appliances are clean, the scale is small, there is no restaurant, and it is convenient to buy things and eat nearby
