This was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Shandong. The front desk staff were very welcoming and contacted me warmly even before I checked in. The hotel was extremely clean, with meticulous attention to detail. The overall experience was perfect. Transportation was also very convenient; a Didi ride from Taishan cost only 20 yuan, and the tourist shuttle bus was only 5 yuan per person, which was very affordable. It was less than a 3-minute walk from the high-speed rail station entrance!

If you want to stay at Taian Mountain 태산 area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !

First of all, objectively speaking, this hotel is very new, and the hardware facilities and service level are in place, nothing to complain about. But as a five-diamond hotel, a luxury hotel, I didn't expect that the breakfast buffet could be so bad!!! Not to mention that there are very few varieties, there are only two small plates of hot dishes, and it is really the first time I have seen two small plates of hot dishes and a small plate of egg fried rice squeezed into a hot pot. You have made three kinds of eggs, which are more than hot dishes, and put three separate large plates for each. It's really funny to search on QQ in such a place. Aren't you ashamed? I would like to ask, how much resources and water and electricity costs can you waste even if you put one hot dish in a pot? ? ? I don't know if it's because of the off-season or the low passenger flow, but since it is open for business and not closed, these reasons cannot be used as excuses. In the end, I can only say that as a five-diamond hotel, this behavior is really cheap and petty!

Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient. The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus! Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too. All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command. But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom.
