酒店位置非常不錯，距離泰山很近，窗户很大，面朝泰山，早餐豐富，值得選擇。鄰路，但是晚上不吵。距離5分鐘路程街上有較多大小餐廳可供選擇，海鮮，羊湯，特產燻雞等

酒店入住總體感覺非常不錯，首先，位置很好，出行很方便，距離泰山登山口不過3公里，緊靠泰安市主幹道東嶽大街，這給我出差洽談業務提供很大方便。還有，酒店停車場很大，停車極其方便，給居家出行，旅遊購物省了不少心。酒店東臨市政廣場，有湖泊假山環境優雅，還有購物商場，在酒店就餐休息片刻然後去散步購物很是愜意省心。酒店內部豪華明亮，高端大氣，設施古樸典雅，很有格調！服務人員熱情周到，體貼入微，耐心為你解答每一個問題，事無鉅細，讓我入住感覺非常好！以後還會多多光顧！

一，衞生堪憂，環境拉胯。
房間地毯，電視櫃抽屜等多處發現小蟲子，包括鼠婦，瓢蟲等。
二，服務差勁，設施辣雞。
洗澡時發現花灑不出水，衹有頂灑出水。出水切換頭無法拽出，試圖聯繫酒店前台。
房間裏固定電話打不出去，無法使用。
使用手機聯繫前台，攜程提供號碼無人接聽。從**找的另一個號碼終於打通。向接電話的女性工作人員反映花灑問題後，她回覆不知如何處理，問什麼都是不知道。不知道你們酒店前台電話有沒有錄音功能，你們可以聽聽你們工作人員的服務態度，如果這就是你們酒店的一貫作風，那你們的四星級認定真的充滿水分。直到後來保安大爺帶着扳手來才把轉換頭拽出，花灑才順利出水。所以轉換頭就是壞的，靠客人根本拽不出來。好不容易讓花灑頭出水，結果發現花灑軟管處漏水。
衞生間排風是壞的，打開排風開關後。沒有任何反應，無法排風，導致衞生間一直一股潮味。
剛進門就發現外層窗户玻璃是碎的，因為第二天考試，所以沒有換房。
總之，衞生，設施，服務態度，槽點滿滿。住一次再也不會想來第二次。住過很多四星五星酒店，第一次負面評價，感受很差！

國慶期間到泰山遊玩，酒店設施有點舊，十年前的話應該是高檔酒店，除了有點舊，其他都很好，以後去泰安，還會選擇這家酒店。

房間挺大，價格在周邊的對比後也很便宜。
就是裝修有點過時了。很大的一個房間但是連個垃圾桶都沒有。電梯按鍵漏電，維修師傅説是穿的衣服的問題
