Special thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading the room type. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We were very tired after climbing Mount Tai and needed a good rest. This stay made us relax physically and mentally! It is worth mentioning that the hotel is next to Tai'an Old Street, which is very convenient for shopping and eating! Good location, comfortable stay, very satisfied 👍!

The room is very spacious. It's my first time in Tai'an. Check-in is very ceremonial. The TV and Xiaodu in the room will say welcome xx to check in. The view is very good. You can see the sunrise. The hotel has a gym. There is a shopping mall and an old street just outside the hotel. Shopping and traveling are very convenient. The staff service is also very good. Overall, it exceeded expectations. I am very satisfied

The room is small and the ceiling is low, so it is quite depressing! Later I changed to a suite! The environment in the room is good! But the hygiene is not good! The trash can at the elevator entrance is full, and there is no security at the hotel entrance! No one cares about the garbage on the ground at the entrance! The service attitude is okay, but the process is relatively poor and procrastinating! The overall hotel is okay except for the environment, smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, the rest is really average! ! ! I hope to improve in hygiene and service!

First of all, the hotel's environment and location are good. There is a shopping mall and a snack street downstairs, which are convenient for shopping and eating. I booked two deluxe king-size rooms in advance. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very good. The room hygiene was OK. The most important thing was that no matter how the air-conditioner in the room was turned on, the temperature was around 16°. It was very cold at night. Both rooms were like this, so my family didn't get a good rest. Secondly, I had to leave early the next morning for something, and my car was blocked by other guests' cars at the hotel gate. There was no security or service staff to manage it during the period. The owner of the car I contacted myself waited for fifteen minutes. I don't understand why there was no security guard to stop the car when it was parked at night, which caused other guests' vehicles to be blocked the next day, and it was near the main entrance of your hotel. I hope the hotel can see it and give a reply.
