衞生和態度很差，在北京住的全季讓我們很滿意，所以繼續選擇全季，結果踩雷，泰安這家全季，洗手盆和地上都是頭髮和臟東西，還有瓜子殼，難道一個一晚上四百多的連鎖酒店，衞生不是第一要素嗎？打電話讓前台把地上臟東西拖一下，結果前台讓我自己拖，住了二十幾年酒店，第一次碰到讓客人自己拖地的酒店，真是讓人聞所未聞！

酒店在環山路，定了山景房，房間大，整潔。酒店步行泰山天外村入口10分鐘。酒店服務根貼心，知道第二天我們早起登山，特意在6點40分把早餐送到房間。

酒店衞生配套設施沒得説，就是附近沒啥吃的（要吃飯衹能走到泰山景區那附近，或者點外賣也行）。去景區步行20分鐘左右。

這是離泰山天外村上山口最近的全季酒店，也是這次來山東泰安住的最滿意的下榻酒店。酒店服務是我們最看的上的，無論是前台接待，還是客房打掃的阿姨，都非常熱情、有禮貌；客房裝修風格也是選上全季酒店的原因，簡潔明亮，舒適方便；酒店選址很是恰當，緊挨着環山公路，卻鬧中取靜，離景區的入口大門很近，步行約五百米左右，一大早上山很是方便。下次還會選擇全季。

環境優雅，安靜！離天外村500米！非常近的好酒店！有機器人送餐，安全便捷！停車很方便，地上地下都有車位！離公交車站也超近，去岱廟，紅門就不用開車了，景點停車場一位難求！！登山旺季酒店最佳選擇！！！服務熱情周到👍周邊配套齊全，美食很多！！！有機會繼續回住！！！

房間裏面乾淨整潔，外邊太冷了，酒店裡開空調，温度適宜，不冷不熱。位置便捷，買東西很方便。吃飯的地方也很多。
