This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. Because it is located at the foot of Mount Tai, it is very secluded. It is about 5 kilometers away from the Peach Blossom and Tianping Lake Visitor Center. It is very convenient to climb Mount Tai by car. The hotel staff is very attentive, welcoming and very professional. The only drawback is that it is not convenient to eat and shop around due to its remote location. There are vending machines in the hotel area, but if you want to buy fruit, eat light meals, etc., you have to go to the nearest residential area, it should be the Daguancun community. In short, the hotel is very good, there is a four-star standard, but only suitable for self-driving, if you come to Taishan again in the future, you will stay. In addition, the hotel name is actually Yuelu Resort Hotel, but Trip.com or where to go is called Vienna Villa, Baidu map seems to have both names, it is recommended to be unified in the future.

Breakfast and dinner are not available at the moment, but cooperative hotels can deliver them.

The room is big enough, the surrounding environment is very quiet, and it is very close to Tianping Lake. But the most important thing is that the bathing facilities are not good. It looks very high-end. There is a big bathtub, and the shower water is so small that I can't wash it well. It's very low. In terms of accommodation experience, the service is also very average. I said I asked someone to come up to check the shower, but no one came and there was no movement. Moreover, such an expensive room does not provide disposable bath mats. An aunty waiter said bluntly that they have to pay for it at their own expense. Although no one really cares about this thing, it was very uncomfortable to hear that it should have been provided. So many hotels provide it for free, so I can't talk about service and comfort. I can only give points to the environment, and other services are not satisfactory.
