Though this hotel is a bit outside the main downtown area, it still is conveniently located in the city. A large grocery store right next to the hotel was perfect for grabbing some snacks to go. Our experience exceeded our expectations many times over. Though the breakfast wasn't that great, it was healthy and freshly cooked every morning. The property and room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we would stay here again if we return to Tai'an.

First of all, objectively speaking, this hotel is very new, and the hardware facilities and service level are in place, nothing to complain about. But as a five-diamond hotel, a luxury hotel, I didn't expect that the breakfast buffet could be so bad!!! I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes in various places, including five-star, five-diamond, and chain hotels, and I can't find a worse breakfast than this! Not to mention that there are very few varieties, there are only two small plates of hot dishes, and it is really the first time I have seen two small plates of hot dishes and a small plate of egg fried rice squeezed into a hot pot. You have made three kinds of eggs, which are more than hot dishes, and put three separate large plates for each. It's really funny to search on QQ in such a place. Aren't you ashamed? I would like to ask, how much resources and water and electricity costs can you waste even if you put one hot dish in a pot? ? ? I don't know if it's because of the off-season or the low passenger flow, but since it is open for business and not closed, these reasons cannot be used as excuses. In the end, I can only say that as a five-diamond hotel, this behavior is really cheap and petty!

The room is clean and big. However, the hot water is too hot and difficult to change the temperature. The air condition in the king room didn't work well, but the kid room is fine.

Highly recommend Muya Hotel! Xiaoliang at the front desk is warm and attentive. The free ice cream and hot coffee in summer are too warm. Nail clippers, razors and other supplies are available. The trekking poles needed for climbing are free to borrow, band-aid, and spare medicine are complete and super safe. The decoration of the room is atmospheric and stylish, clean and impeccable, and the corners are polished. The smart room is easy to use, and the projector is super comfortable to watch movies. There are many foods downstairs to change patterns every day, from breakfast to supper. Living comfortably and conveniently, it is right to choose here in Taishan!

Hygiene: The overall cleaning is very clean, the lobby and the room are very elegant, and the room is also quite large. Environment: The location of the hotel is very good, there is a shopping center downstairs, and it is very convenient to eat, ...

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the high-speed rail station, close to the highway, convenient for self-driving, and has plenty of parking spaces. The service is warm, thoughtful and professional, especially the hotel waiter who called in advance to ask if there are any requirements for accommodation, and the service attitude is very good. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich and artistic, and it has its own restaurant, so you don't have to go out to find a restaurant, which is very convenient. The hotel also sent fruit snacks, and the warm greetings further showed the hotel's good awareness of serving customers. It was a very pleasant stay!

房間乾淨整潔得讓人眼前一亮，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就像陷進雲朵裏，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，熱水充足且水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很舒服。窗外的景色也很贊，傍晚時分看落日超治癒～

Clean and beautiful room, even though next to Tai’an train station but still need to walk for some distance. Breakfast is good, value for money. 3km away from Tai’an old street that is beautiful during evening light on.

The room is quite big, the bed is very comfortable. There is a problem with the TV in the room, but it was repaired quickly after a phone call. The environment and facilities are all good. You can see the river outside, but the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the conversation in the next room clearly if it is a little louder. The breakfast was also ok, but I only ate a little bit because we had to hike up the mountain. The restaurant is quite big so I forgot to take photos.
