The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The hotel is close to the ski resort and you can get there by taking a magic carpet. The check-in at the front desk was efficient and the service was enthusiastic. She patiently answered our questions. The lady in the room was also super nice and helped with luggage. There were various breakfast options. You can also order food in the evening. The hot pot was particularly good. The overall experience was great! ! !

本來預訂的雙床房，但酒店臨時暖氣檢修，所以入住時免費升級到了公寓家庭套房。預訂房間按入住人數贈送夜場滑雪票（不含雪具）。房間設施還行，有地暖，馬桶沒有智能墊圈，坐上去挺冰的，希望能改善。滑雪場就餐選擇不夠多，而且晚上基本7點左右都閉店了，滑夜場的需要提前就餐或者自備晚餐。

滑雪場最近的酒店，門口有魔毯直接上去，走一小段路就到滑雪大廳了。
房間有地暖，帶一件秋款睡衣+短款上衣。酒店一樓有餐廳（住店打8.8折），味道還不錯。還有一個無人超市，價格比較貴（能理解）。春節期間打車到縣城50元，一定要記司機電話，這邊滴滴司機非常非常少。

來滑雪的。房間就在雪場對面。房間的這個被子衹給了一床小的和一個正常的大的小的不太夠蓋，問服務員説沒有。第2天早餐吃的還挺飽，這個價格還算滿意吧，哈哈。

公寓房在後麪那幾棟樓，雖然房間大但是得多走幾步，建議還是住雙人房就可以了！房間很暖和，一層四間房，有電梯，陽台可以看雪道

滑雪回來要休息，結果進房間一看，這衞生是啥情況，地下的泥印子，拖把毛絮，床上被子亂着。還以為沒打掃，仔細一看水補了，垃圾袋換了，請問這是個啥標準，嚴重差評

酒店離雪場很近，坐魔毯可以直達雪具大廳很方便，酒店房間很安靜可以看到索道，前台小哥哥小姐姐很有禮貌問事情很熱情講的很詳細，前台還有免費的紅糖薑茶可以喝，味道一級棒，餐廳的菜品種類還是蠻多的，自助早餐味道也不錯，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔沒有異味，房間地暖很給力很暖和，性價比很高，入住指數五顆星

酒店設計大氣華麗，前台工作人員服務態度熱情，服務周到，不小心扭了腳還有雲南白葯噴霧免費使用很貼心，餐廳菜品味道可口種類很多，咖啡很不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔沒有異味，床墊挺舒服的，客房大姐送東西也很快，性價比很高的一家酒店，下次還會和朋友來住的
