poor sound proofing, can hear ppl knocking next door.
Someone vomited in the lift, can only do basic cleaning coz no cleaner on night shift. Poor hygiene and bad smell.
Room is a little small & run down.

Old towels. Loose screws caught on clothing threads causing damage. Only 2 bottles of water for a family room with 3 guests.

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

Huang Zhe at the front desk was thoughtful and considerate. The location is very downtown, and the breakfast is complete. This Home Inn is very cost-effective. I will come to this store every time I come to Taicang. Moreover, many of the family rooms on the 3rd floor are old customers. It is worth repurchasing and recommending
