第一次預定此飯店 住宿地點來說有點偏
乾淨度及服務都很好 房間沒有菸位 , 衛浴很乾淨
尤其早餐超好吃, 且住得樓層有飲水機, 總結給好評不錯 !!

為什麼評論沒有負5星可以使用！！！
此生住過最糟糕的一間旅館！！！
沒有碰過更爛的了！！！
因為臨時訂房，沒有其他選擇之下，只好下訂，心想：四人房一晚$4***，不算貴，乾淨舒服就好…
但一進大廳，感受就很差！櫃檯人員根本沒有要接待的樣子，搞得我像空氣一樣…
出了電梯，我後悔了…
整個走廊、樓梯間，像30年前的旅館一樣老舊；
再進房間，我想退房了…
地板牆面桌子櫃子冰箱椅子浴室…
沒有一個是符合要求的！！！
牆面壁紙泛黃髒污、地毯黑到極點、櫃子桌子斑駁脫落、還有一層厚厚的灰塵、椅子布面明顯一塊一塊的污漬，最誇張的是‘’被胎居然有血漬‘’！！！
太扯太誇張！！！立刻致電櫃檯，一句不好意思都沒有，只說：沒關係！稍等一下，我幫你換！
掯！你沒關係？！我有很大的關係好嗎！！！
大概十分鐘後，櫃檯人員抱著一床棉被進來，直接穿著鞋子踩上破爛木地板，依然一句道歉都沒有，棉被放了就離開… 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
再來，浴室蓮蓬頭也爛爆！水力超不足！洗個澡火冒三丈！！！還有那… 已絕版的吹風機！！！
隔日早餐，醬瓜還酸掉… 真的是無言到極點！
旅館官網主打2025全新裝潢！請問？！我是來到平行時空嗎！？完全看不出來哪裡新裝潢！？
不是沒有住過老飯店，設備裝潢可以有年代感，但至少要有基本的乾淨度和舒適度吧！？這間完全沒有！！大家千萬不要被騙了！！！

吹風機是壁掛式的需要站在廁所吹對長髮女生不友好
毛巾浴巾在床頭櫃比較不方便，廁所不能上鎖隱私較不好
連續住兩晚，第二天上午比較晚離開想補眠，結果打掃阿姨有點太吵了，還按兩次電鈴第一次已經回應說沒有要打掃服務了，第二次不知道是不是另一個阿姨又按到

第二天晚上2330打電話到房間問我們剛剛有沒有借吹風機超奇怪，若是在睡覺已被吵醒

看起來是以前的飯店再翻新的，位子算不錯，鬧中取靜，而且剛在trip上線的新飯店也有預訂的優惠，自行開車去也有停車場，在地下室，第一次體驗到升降式停車場，覺得很棒！

當日因工作問題，導致在半夜12點才入住。到現場時一直說無我的訂房紀錄，我將我手中的訂房資料給櫃檯人員看，
但是仍懷疑我是我這邊的問題，在查詢的過程中也只是一直叫我等待。（連請我坐都沒有）
最後才查出是下午櫃檯服務人員行政疏失，將我的訂房資料給另一個人入住。
然後他們再說我的資料不符，導致我在現場等待到將近1:30才入住。
針對現場服務人員的突發問題解決，處理方式不佳。真的無法苟同！！

7/19入住家庭房，除了剛進房間時有聞到些許霉味及空調運轉聲音過大，其它床鋪被單都很乾凈及沒有味道，衛浴設備都很新穎衛生，早餐多樣化，CP值足夠，有機會還會入住
