Room had a really bad musky plus cigarette smell. Carpets were absolutely dirty. Toilet area is very dim and dark. There is no way to adjust the a/c thermostat and we were freezing for the first two nights, and we were told by the staff to just switch off the a/c if it’s too cold. Generally the room is very run down and we will never book this place again. We paid for six nights originally (non-refundable) and we checked out after the second night. The two nights have been an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs. I’m not sure why the rating for the hotel is that high, very strange!

Since there were 2 children staying at the same time, I asked before checking in that a cleaning fee of 600 yuan per person would be added, so I ended up paying more per night. 1,200 yuan, but after adding the fee, there are no extra toiletries or beds. The biggest problem is that when friends come to chat during the day, instead of checking in, they are charged a cleaning fee of $600 per person. It is really incredible! Today is our fourth night of this family trip.
