I decided to go to Taichung on a whim and chose this chain hotel. The check-in time was very late and the service attitude of the lady at the counter was very good. I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The service of the ladies at the counter was very friendly, but the hygiene and facilities provided by the hotel itself were not satisfactory. There was a sticky spot on the table, the mugs were not cleaned, the refrigerator temperature was high and the partitions inside were moldy, there was an inexplicable electric bell in the middle of the night, and the lights were not on and not repaired. The triple room is quite comfortable and suitable for small families. If you have children, there is a small Japanese-style space for them to move around. The only drawback is that the hot water is not hot enough. Although there is a bathtub, it feels like soaking in warm water... There was also a carpet outside the door. I don't know if it was because it had been raining for a few days, but the carpet in the aisle had a strong musty smell. Other than that, it was very good. There is an underground parking lot, but the spaces are limited. If there are no vacancies, there is no place to park. So if you are traveling on holidays, you can only take your chances to find parking!
