nice stay. can rent their bikes for free if u want. some amenities like comb are not provided but can request at counter. housekeeping have to also specify at counter. room was slightly smaller than expected. have netflix to watch and spotify to listen to. shampoo and shower gel are one bottle.

Staff was polite and room was clean. This was the most comfortable stay throughout my 10 days trip in Taiwan. Will stay in this hotel again if I ever visit Taichung again. Bought a cup noodle from nearby convenience store and forgot about taking the utensil and thankfully the hotel provide utensils. There’s no in-hotel room service or breakfast provided however order can be placed with them at the front desk. Walkable distance to railway station and eateries. Check in was prompt. However the sound proofing was quite bad cos I think someone next door got quite drunk and the commotion can be heard quite clearly. Otherwise, if no one is drunk, there shouldn’t be any issue with this hotel. There’s also a balcony at Level 9 for smokers.

It is located very near to the Taichung railway station. Nearby breakfast shops and the have bicycle to borrow. There is even a gaming room/level which was very fun.

Repeat stay. Booked family room and stay the highest level. Room is clean and spacious. Location is 5 mins walk to Taichung station and taroko mall. Enjoyed the Lunch at chun shun tang.
Price reasonable for the stay and lunch. Will be back to Taichung.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. Location wise, it’s very close to the train station, but you will need to walk 15 mins to get to the local bus. WiFi is good. I was able to play YouTube content on my phone and then project it on TV. The bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. The Eco type of room does not offer tooth brush, etc, which is good and it helps the environment. But not providing towels is little bit beyond what I can understand. Hopefully the hotel can at least make towels available upon customer’s request.

Arrived the hotel around 3pm, and was swiftly checked in by the staff. They explained that they do not provide mineral water bottles but there are water dispensers in the hotel on certain levels.
Hotel staff was very helpful: I needed help to check for a bus to Lihpao and they helped to search on the spot, and advise accordingly.
There are many good breakfast places and a 7-11 within 3-5min walking distance from hotel, and there is a night market 10-15min walk away from the hotel too.
As we wanted to explore HouLi area, they were able to store our luggages when we checked out too.
Would prefer this hotel if I could flush toilet paper down the toilet. I wasn't comfortable with the idea of throwing soiled paper into a waste bin due to hygiene (but I had to get used to it for many places in Taiwan). Would be nice if there are more universal power point in the room too.
