Room was spacious and there is sufficient space to open the luggage up. Water is also available. However, we did see some cockroaches in the lobby of the hotel, but that could be unrelated to the hotel’s fault as there appeared to be some extermination of cockroaches being done the previous day across the entire street, and the whole street had lots of cockroaches as wells

I don’t understand why drinking water is not provided in the extended room. The bathroom is clogged and the bath towel has holes. When the bathroom is open, the bath towel is used as a footcloth. I ask for drinking water but the bath towel is not changed and the trash is not picked up. I am really speechless.
