Nice hotel, good location. Very near the bus station to Sun Moon Lake, 2-3 mins walk. Very convenient! Very recommended for all travelers!

Lobby is well decorated but room is too basic. The bed is combination of two single bed so will feel there is a hard ***** that ensure no gap in the middle.

The room was not clean for two days very disappointing. The second day we told the front desk twice, in the morning and in the afternoon.

First nonsmoking room assign smells really bad feel like someone had been smoking inside the room, switch us to different room however the room was smaller and got the bedbugs

Good location and friendly staff! Room was clean and comfortable, and hotel was near to various great food places including Japanese ramen, skewers and fluffy pancakes.
