Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.
The rooms lack cleanliness.
The smell of smoke is annoying and spread throughout the hotel.
I asked to change the room, but the employee refused, claiming that it had been two hours since I received it.
Room service and reception, no one responded to the reply.
According to the employee, smoking is prohibited. However, the hotel carpet showed signs of cigarette burns.
