The staff were all friendly and the facilities were all good. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the water pressure was a bit weak. The food wasn't bad either. Overall, it was good^^

I stayed here November. Som Prasad Gurum and his two housekeeping colleagues looked after us on the first floor. Always cleaned our room well and stayed respectful of the guests. Would go above and beyond for our comfort and cleanliness. Good communication and understanding and worked fast. Thank you

This is a lovely hotel in Taif, very close to the main road where there are food options, but the rooms are quiet. The beds are super comfortable with more pillows of various sizes than I have ever had in a hotel! The breakfast is very good - although it would have been nice if the juice had been fresh.... The most significant problem of the hotel is that we did not have water. I thought that this might be that the city water was out, but our friends on the floors below us had water. So, it could be that the higher your floor, the less likely you are to have water. As we are flexible travelers, I would still say that this was a very good hotel for one night. However, if you are going to be spend more than one night here, I would recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor.

I stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Clean, not too old as everybody is telling, classy and confortable. Staff were very accommodating and considerate. Booked during my exam schedule. Recommended also for meetings and seminar gatherings.b
