第一次來泰和出差，衝著他家的好評訂了這裏，體驗一圈下來，發現真的太讚了，有個戴眼鏡的姑娘非常熱情的接待了我，非常迅速的幫我辦好了手續，並貼心幫我選了一間不靠街邊的房間，還加了他們家24小時客服微信，事無鉅細送我上電梯，按電梯，擋電梯，去電梯的路上還不忘跟我介紹酒店的洗衣房，會議室，健身房，咖啡廳所在位置，最驚艷的是幫我申請延遲到次日下午4點退房，中午可以補個回籠覺，這點真的很難得，樓道遇到客房做衞生的服務員，都會主動跟我打招呼，受寵若驚，到房間後半小時，客服給我發了微信，説我是他們家的今天的幸運客户，問方不方便給我送份果盤上去，我當然盛情難卻的接受，下樓去吃晚飯，等電梯時，客房服務員不知道從哪裡跑出來，給我擋電梯，我都震驚了，海底撈也沒這樣啊，次日退房，我前台服務員還給我貼心送上伴手禮，裏面有烏雞蛋，烏雞餅乾一些小零食，這個酒店在管理和服務上真的用心了，最重要的事，才200 出頭的價位，以後來泰和，認準他家了。

必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被温馨的氛圍包圍。服務人員特別貼心，主動幫忙升級房型，還細心介紹周邊好玩的地方。房間乾淨整潔，設施也很新，住在這裏就像在家一樣自在，滿分推薦！

情人節帶女朋友到酒店，前台小姐姐問我是不是帶女朋友一塊兒來，我説是，她馬上説要給我們一個驚喜，事先沒有任何溝通，第一次住他們家，這個驚喜很奈斯，我和女朋友都很滿意，離店後女朋友還一個勁問，是不是我提前安排的，哈哈哈，太超值了！

這是我住過最垃圾的酒店。一大早打電話起來挪車的酒店，完全不考慮人家，人家帶着小孩入住，一大早來敲門，拚命敲門，以為是有多着急，下去發現明明可以開出來，技術不行，還要拚命打電話叫人下去移車，本地人都是怎麼吊的嘛？還説這裏不可以停車。不可以停車，畫停車線幹嘛？房間冷氣都沒有，問前台，叫我們開窗户就可以啦，想不通。靠路邊叫我們開窗户，那個聲音，吵的要死。要入住的 ，慎重考慮吧！
