先不説服務態度問題，首先進房間給我的感覺就不是很好，味道不好聞，進了衞生間連一雙像樣的拖鞋都沒有，晚上洗澡的時候浴巾不吸水不説，還好幾個洞，我就搞不懂這麼大一個酒店難道連換條浴巾都捨不得嗎？接下來説服務問題，一個客房阿姨不應該是以服務為主嗎，讓打掃一下房間，結果連地都不掃一下，讓她換個枕套，還要説一些沒有意義的話，我真的不知道太湖的酒店服務怎麼就變成這樣子了，真的住的很不舒服。

網上下單連續住二個晚上了。問服務員是否可以升級金卡會員櫃枱服務員説必須在店裡購買連接二晚才可以享受金卡會員。一月住了四晚上還升級不了金卡會員真的無語
