房間空間大，裝飾牆面起皮鼓包維護保養不到位，電視開機都是收費平台，看電視頻道非常困難，估計長者操作是非常困難的，酒店管理應該調試成簡易操作流程，一鍵看電視更符合國家規定，同時也減少人力成本

第一個一星差評送給老家的萬城國際，價格不低，服務水平卻很低。定的零壓大床，説沒房給換個零壓雙床，退五塊錢差價，要麼換房，要麼退房，好，你牛，換就好換吧，樓下大堂要了瓶礦泉水，第二天晚上退過費了，問差價的事呢，才告知百歲山5元1瓶，景天S才是免費的。拿的時候沒人説，退房了也沒人説，要差價呢，才告知抵礦泉水費用了。

房屋內連個空調都拉不動？室外空調開啟，室內空調就和擺設一樣！換個房間，服務員去拿一下新卡，能拿過來一個沒有刷過的卡，衹能取電，不能開門，就這服務？

房間設施太舊，感覺不整潔，特別是衞生間。房間裏連茶包，咖啡包都沒有，早餐種類單調，沒有加熱設施，冬季考驗客人的胃是否會立即抱病。小縣城也要思進取啊！
