This place is far from the city centre. If you don't have a car it's hard to get to. Uber 1000-1300 NTD. Or have to walk to Tainan station and bus. Address is not compatible with Google maps or just not user friendly with my phone. Asked owner for refund, he said I had to contact Agoda. Agoda customer service online said I'm not allegable for a refund. I stayed elsewhere in the city centre. Unfair to pay for a room I never used. -$60 AUD. Not happy.
