conveniently located in the Taipei city centre, within 5 mins from mrt, it is the first time that I go from Taoyuen airport to the hotel through railway train and mrt excellent experience

I didn't check in the hotel coz my flight from Taiwan to HK (CX495) was cancelled and rescheduled to 23th July (CX479) due to typhoon and the bad weather in Taiwan.. I cancelled to check in the hotel and asked for the refund. Btw, after submitted the refund request, I was being asked to provide the proof. However, after submitted the proof, my request was declined. If this was the refund policy that no refund could be made. Let me know the reason why I was being asked to provide the proof. Please explain

room is very clean and nice. hotel breakfast is also very good and has a big variety!! female staffs at the reception are very friendly, but not the males... overall, money well spent ☺️☺️☺️

Awesome bathroom with bathtub and showers. Very quiet and sound proof from the outside roads and cars sounds. Room a bit small but the bed is so comfy and fell asleep in no time. All in all I will come back again next time i'm in TPE.

The location of the hotel is okay but not excellent as in some reviews. A short walking distance to the metro station. Maybe 8-10 minutes walk. Nothing much nearby to explore. The room is definitely spacious and clean. Breakfast area is small and packed during peak hours. Breakfast buffet with a reasonable selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay.
