Good location, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Close to a night market and convenience stores (7-11 & Family Mart), but the night market is very small compared to others in the city.
Room is nice, service is good, but the bedsheets is not the smoothest. Breakfast is average in the hotel. Better head out for breakfast shops 2 minutes walk from the hotel if you want the authentic ********* food experience.

Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. It is 5 mins walk from Zhongshan elementary school station on Zhonghe Xinlu Line.
There are many eateries around Hotel, 7-11, Family Mart and a few others are just a few steps away.
Shungcheng market is 2 streets away. Lots of good food 24/7.

Honestly maganda yung hotel,malaki but the breakfast is sakto lang. Mura na din sia for the price.

Considering the price, I would say the location of the hotel is perfect and matched with my expectation. Some may complain about the aging accommodation but 2 convenient stores, subway station (in 5 mins walk), wide range of restaurants and night market nearby, what else I could ask for?
