The staff was super friendly and helpful. Knowing that we are staying to celebrate our anniversary, they upgrade our room, where it is super spacious and awesome.

This is my first time staying in 北投 and I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. First of all, location is excellent, just across the road from a MTR station, it's easy to go anywhere. The room is huge and well layout. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air refresher scent in the room is very nice. There is a small balcony that you can go out to. The highlight of the room is the bathroom with the big bath tub that can accommodate more than 2 ppl with no issue. Love the 硫磺温泉水。Love the breakfast. You don't need a lot of food... just good food, don't have to be aplenty. Love the public onsen on the 12th floor. I will stay here again.
