"Short stay over 2022/2023 New Year holiday weekend. Location was ok, about 10 minutes walk from a MRT station. Hotel was packed during the stay, the lobby, overcrowded small breakfast lounge and most places were too small to accommodate if there were more than a few guests at one time. The food during breakfast was very nice for me, and the staff were busy preparing and refilling the food that got finished very quickly. Most of the staff were ok, but would not interact or or help much; probably due to the amount of workload. The rooms were decent to good. Price was average to high, but also due to holiday period. One biggest unpleasantness was during check-out, with a crowded lobby and staff seemingly very eager for me to leave immediately after return of room card. No chance of leaving any baggage till later part of the day, and I got spot-checked and shooed immediately by the guard when I put down my bag to take my belongings, the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. The check-out experience and overcrowding during full occupancy, was unpleasant for a probably ok hotel."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the MRT station nearby. There is a convenience store nearby There are Xingjudian and Meow Store Manager nearby to hold dolls There is QTIME nearby, which is very convenient if you suddenly need to work."

"The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Daan Station. It is not close to the main road and there is no noise from cars in the morning. It is in its own corner and very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly and take the initiative to care about the needs of the guests, great 👍 The food in the restaurant is very good and has a wide variety. The restaurant provides 24-hour free hot water, cold water, and carbonated water, which is great!"

"Overall good Room - Big for 2 person. We got two different rooms for 4 person. My room is better as the bathroom and toilet is separated. Location - Good. There is bus stop and train station nearby. Very convenient Price - Good Hygiene - Good Facilities - Good. They provided hot water, laundry machine, dryer machine and microwave. Staff is very friendly and attentive even though we checked in at midnight"

"Super convenient location, just at ximending. Amenities were average, we were given a change of room due to a missing sink. But overall we enjoyed the stay due to the convenience."

"The hotel is a bit old. When I arrived, I was given room 201. I found that the bathtub was not the one I requested. In the end, the hotel gave me room 305. The room was much larger than 201. The bathtub was not very big, so my friend who was taller had to hug his legs to soak. . The hotel provides a shuttle bus, and it only costs NTD100 from Xinbeitou Station to the hotel via Uber. Even if you walk, it’s not too far, but you should pay attention to safety when the road is dark at night. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to various attractions. I stayed here for 2 nights."

"Rooms were comfortable. The hotel was extremely well situated, near the subway, convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The front desk doubled up as receptionist and a very helpful concierge. All in fantastic value at the price!"

"Booked the room with balcony, absolutely gorgeous view especially at night. Room is big and comfortable and clean. It's located in a quiet area jus beside the 河滨公园。but if you go over to the other side of the building, Raohe night market is just round the corner. Super convenient and definitely can feed your night market snacks cravings. (recommend u to walk thru the alley for shortcut to the night market). Very close walk to Songshan MRT Station. For those who wants a bigger room and quieter area, good to book here. My friends and I had a very pleasant stay. The lobby area also have a pa try area where you can get free coffee."

"Had an outstanding few nights at Aloft Taipei Zhongshan, from the excellent service at the concierge to the vibrant and modern room, packed full with luxurious amenities. The MRT station is directly beside the hotel, making it extremely convenient to travel to landmarks around the city. The only fault would be that the swimming pool is ‘seasonal’ so it was not open to guests during our visit in May."
