"Location is great. It is located just right opposite to the Taipei Main Station. You may stay here if you have an early flight has to catch. Things to remark is they didn’t clean the room daily but they will collect the rubbish and change the towel daily which consider acceptable for us. One of my friends got bitten by the bugs and caused itching on the legs. The staff provided us ointment, offered room changing, sprayed some mist on our bed. Overall they did try their best to help."

"The location is wonderful, just right above Taipei Metro Station. Their service is the best, my check-in was delayed due to room is not ready but they extend my check out time as compensation. Even the room have no window but the air is still fresh, no odour at all, my family are very sensitive to smell but we all agree this is a comfortable stay. Water dispenser and fridge are provided, towels will be changed daily during house keeping and is more than enough."

"I stayed at Ximen Hotel recently and would rate it around 3/5 stars overall. The biggest advantage is the location. It’s very close to the Ximending shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. There is a FamilyMart just around the corner, and a MOS Burger right downstairs, making it very convenient for meals and daily necessities. The room itself was clean, but the space was quite small. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, which may have been due to poor ventilation. In addition, the refrigerator was not very cold and didn’t seem to cool drinks properly. Overall, this hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a convenient location and easy access to Ximending. However, the room comfort and facilities were fairly average. I’d consider it a decent budget stay, but not particularly memorable."

"The staff upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room and bigger beds.the staffs are helpful and polite.the hotel itself and our room is clean and looks new.we enjoyed the public sauna which is open 7 am to 10 pm.the swimming pool was nice too.the buffet breakfast was superb..all choices have.(Western ,Chinese etc).they don't provide water bottles in the room however the hotel provides water machine where u can get drinking water..the mini bar was free to consume which is really good.bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush as the hotel doesn't provide it but other toiletries have. It's a far walk to metro zhongxiao xinsheng exit 4.however,the hotel provides free shuttle bus going to metro station starting at 9 am and every 30 min. Need to reserve first.all in all ,I will love to stay in this hotel again..have Netflix and you tube too."
