We stayed for two nights. The towels in the room were too old and grey. The waiter forgot to give us a face towel after cleaning the room. When we asked her to replace it, she said that this kind of room didn't have it. We said that it was available when we checked in and she was willing to give it back. The attitude of the waiter making rice rolls for breakfast was even worse! Totally rude, berries growing on the walls, and the kettle had burn marks. We booked a room with a private hot spring bath, but unfortunately the weather had just turned cold and windy, and the curtain kept blowing on your face. It is worth mentioning that the room has a private hot spring pool (unlimited water)! Because it was too cold and windy due to the rain, we didn’t go to the outdoor hot spring!

This is my second time staying at Hotel D. The front desk is kind and friendly. This time, the room has a large screen, which can be connected to a mobile phone to play videos, which is very good. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied~

We booked a 2 bedroom unit, very spacious bedrooms with lots of light, wardrobe, drawers etc. Balcony good for drying clothes, hanger provided. Bathroom small with poor lighting. Kitchen includes large fridge and plenty of bench space but no equipment except a kettle and cups. No cutlery or plates or bowls. Power system - lighting, air con etc - difficult to navigate. Breakfast buffet limited options. Staff friendly and attentive and speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Toishanese. Hotel is well-located, a few minutes walk to shopping mall with eateries and an excellent supermarket. Great location for exploring the Taishan rural area. We would stay here again.

The room should have been renovated. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The service staff took the initiative to ask for help. There was also hot spring water in the room. There was a distance from the accommodation to the hot spring entrance, but you could change into your swimsuit first and then enter through the back door.

We, a party of 8, visited 台山, our ancestral home, over the weekend. We booked 5 rooms at 丽怡, mostly because it is new and conveniently located in the town center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would have given a higher rating if not for the following reasons: 1) We weren't able to get a non-smoking room per our preference. The hotel only has one floor dedicated as non-smoking. The hotel did some odor removal treatment and opened the windows before we checked in but I would still prefer to stay in a non-smoking room. 2) There is a low humming noise throughout the night till around 5:30 am. Not enough to wake you if you are tired and sound asleep but it will be difficult to sleep again once you woke up during the night. All 5 rooms can hear the humming noise. Don't know if it is because there is a steel fabrication shop next to the hotel or due to hotel's own aircon compressor.

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach, and very convenient to eat and drink around. It is the highest hotel in the scenic spot, standing out from the crowd! The facilities and equipment in the room are very intimate and high-end, clean and tidy, and the quality is very good👍👍

It was nice and spacious, but missing some amenities. There was no fridge and microwave in the rooms. Only one complimentary bottle of water per person was provided daily; any extra bottles have to be purchased. 2 out of 4 dryers weren’t working; it took a long time to dry clothes. It was very dark in the laundry room. The gym and rec room was in one big room in which we had to manually turn on the lights ourselves; it felt very unfinished and not well ventilated. The beds weren’t made one day even though we requested room clean up. There were only Chinese instructions in the bathroom, so non-Chinese readers may not be aware of certain rules. At the dim sum restaurant in the hotel, they added a dish we had told them to remove from our ordering menu and forced us to keep and pay for it even though it was their mistake for adding it to our ordering tab.

This stay was perfect. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. It is convenient for shopping, dining and attractions. The hotel has luxurious interior decoration and elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and bright, giving people a feeling of being at home. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the front desk receptionist has an excellent attitude, everyone is warm and thoughtful, with a smile on their face, the check-in and check-out procedures are quick, and any needs can be responded to and resolved in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very good. The restaurant environment is elegant and the meal is very pleasant. There is also a wedding photography base for self-photography. The room is large, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is also large, and it is relatively quiet at night.
