The bed is super comfy and the triple room is also large enough. The breakfast variety can be improved. However the staff are all very polite and helpful. Very valued for money for the quality of the hotel and service received!

This is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park.
To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC.
The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast.
Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

This is the 1st time I have been staying in taitung z Hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel environment is nice, the room is spacious, the location is good and convenient. Along the road you can find many retailer shops such as cosmetics, shoes, clothes etc.Not forgetting there are also many food & drinkshopsp along the way. You may also like to drop by the night market to grab some local delight. I was lucky to see the chinese new year street festival - bombing of Master Han Tan. Master Han Tan is a god of money, people believed that throwing fire crackers and chasing the cold away will be blessed by the god of money.

The owner's management is thoughtful, and the body soap and hand soap provided are very attentive. The breakfast dishes are not many but nutritious and delicious. The decoration of the restaurant has a homey feel. The room is not big, but it is just right for staying in. The mattress and pillows are very good for sleeping!
