Sheraton Taitung definitely helped make Taitung more interesting. Love the hot bath area despite not hotspring water.

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

The new front-desk guy was really kind and supportive. Unlike other female worker or his in-charge manager, he tried all his best to help us solve the problem that we encountered

nice location. pity that the night market downstairs is under renovation but it is very central so you can find everywhere you want nearby plus Tai Tung is a small city.
