The room was spacious with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and having two sinks was a huge plus. The toiletries provided were also very good, and the overall design felt really comfortable. In the common area, they offered snacks, board games, and even had a coffee shop.

Extremely close to the station. The service attitude is excellent; they helped solve any issues I had. They also provide complimentary tickets for local attractions. The breakfast clearly labels vegetarian options, and it's fresh and delicious.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Cham Cham in Taitung! The hotel is stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and everything feels so new and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out.
One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location right next to the train station, which makes travel super easy. However, it’s worth noting that it’s a bit far from Taitung City, so you may need some extra time for city visits.
Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a modern and serene stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!
