剛到維也納酒店服務員熱情地幫忙搬運行李，之前沒做攻略服務員很熱心的介紹當地風土人情，初來乍到的陌生感瞬間消散。
入住酒店時，前台工作人員專業又貼心。不僅辦理手續高效，還留意到我旅途疲憊，貼心送上熱毛巾、特色飲品，輕聲介紹酒店設施與周邊美食、景點分佈，手繪簡易地圖，標註出必去打卡地，細緻入微的服務遠超預期。
客房服務也無可挑剔。房間每日打掃得一塵不染，床鋪鬆軟，毛巾浴巾疊放規整；有次我不小心弄臟衣服，致電前台後，很快就有工作人員上門收取清洗，速度快且洗凈如新，送回時還搭配了精緻小香囊，滿是維也納風情。
