1. 衞生管理存在明顯漏洞：房間內存在未清潔乾淨的死角，衞生狀況不達標，直接影響居住的基本舒適度與健康保障，未達到酒店住宿的基礎衞生標準。
2. 基礎設施破損且未及時維修：房間內配置的電話機處於斷裂狀態，完全無法正常使用，此類基礎設施的損壞不僅影響日常溝通需求，也反映出酒店在設施維護與巡檢上的疏忽，缺乏對住客基本需求的保障。
此次入住體驗極差，未獲得應有的住宿服務，不建議其他消費者選擇，也希望酒店能重視上述問題並進行整改。

無窗房真是一言難盡！對於要早起的騎友不推薦。
訂得有早餐但前台沒仔細核對清楚，溝通後補給了餐券！有電梯有早餐！走廊所有客房門都打開着，入住時很詫異！夜裡陸陸續續有了關門聲。
周邊毗鄰內城河吃喝悠閑很便捷，這個是加分項
