體驗感很差，晚上入住，問有不臨街的嘛，開始説沒有，後來又説有一間、行住了嘛。首先房間馬桶不能用，臨出門告訴前台，説行。等吃完飯回來，路過前台拿東西也沒告訴修沒修好，到房間了給前台打電話才知道沒修，説師傅明天上班才能修，那我出門的時候怎麼不直接告訴我沒人修呢？然後説換房也算湊活。然後從3樓最裡麪走到4樓最裡麪，行沒事。換了房間一股下水道反味，還有毛髮，説換吧，再走回去得到另一頭，等前台送卡、前台説聽我説的不換、又打電話，這都要12點了實在是懶得折騰了就那麼住了。淋浴水忽冷忽熱還賊小，一直反臭味。住了3、4次了，最差的一次，媽的那窗户還半截擋着，你家外網圖片窗户這樣，安排的半截的大晚上就這麼糊弄客人？也沒有寫是半截窗户、圖片和房間着實不符。咋的還嫌我們換房？有些設施本可以服務彌補，這也沒服務、以後不會住了，不推薦入住。

應該是個新開的酒店，各方面都不錯，前台還送了我早餐，上一個城市在大同，住在了東信廣場附近的錦江之星酒店，服務和設施設備都很好，所以來太原直接預訂了這家。有來太原和大同旅遊的直接沖這兩家就對了。

服務可圈可點，新開的酒店設施都是新的。美中不足晚上小區有點聲音，不過不影響睡眠。打車去萬象城起步價，挺划算的
