非常不滿，有明顯的安全隱患酒店方卻不視而不見，讓其存在，也不提醒入住的客人，我一家親子游住三人間，三個床墊都是一樣的，但我睡的床座居然比床墊短那麼多（看照片），導致我半夜翻身，因為右側下方沒有支撐是空懸，一不小心連人帶床墊都翻地上了，左手蹦到了右側的圓桌，雖然衹磕了一塊小皮，但小皮也無辜啊是不，摔得痛就不説了，還好沒骨折，總之，對這離譜的床非常不滿。我這人就事論事，衞生、環境、服務都給五星，但設施衹能給一星，這是管理理念問題，歸根到底還是沒把消費者放第一，服務意識薄弱，這不是沒留心，你不要説住客走後你不全屋恢復，打掃，如果你非説沒留心這個安全隱患，那你如此大條也不配從事服務行業，安全是天，這已經不是打沒打掃，房間幹不乾淨的問題，你覺得這事是可以發生的嗎？
