I arrived at the hotel around three in the afternoon. I originally had room upgrade rights for my reservation, but the front desk said there were too many guests and no room was available. There is no way to understand that. The room I was given later might have water pipes on the top. There was often noisy water around five o'clock in the evening, and it was even more difficult to rest when it was quiet at night. I called the front desk and heard her say that this type of room is like this, which proves that she knows the situation and is very angry. How can I rest at night like this? There is nothing she can do. I said that I could only leave a negative review and hung up the phone. After more than ten minutes, the manager probably knew about it and called the room and successfully changed it to an upgraded room. I really won't dare to check in again after this kind of behavior at the front desk. Some rooms are not upgraded and they are telling lies. If it wasn't for the negative review, I probably would have endured the noise. To be honest, the hygiene is good and the breakfast is also very good.

The room is also very tidy and clean, and has a light fragrance, which smells great. The room layout is also very good. The important thing is that in such a hot weather, the air conditioning is very powerful and the bed is comfortable. The bath water is always hot. Breakfast is a buffet with many varieties and delicious taste. What an experience. By the way, one more thing, the parking lot is large and convenient. 最愛酒店。沒有假大空的任何，也沒有酷炫科技做幌子。倩倩小石服務很周到，房間超乾淨，我訂的是大床房，那個床睡着特別舒服，有種慢慢沉下去的感覺，很快就睡著了。在酒店四樓有洗衣房和健身房，吃完飯去跑步機上走了半小時，感覺舒服多了，房間乾淨，安靜。早餐豐富。適合帶孩子。免費停車。而且拖鞋很舒服，性價比太高了！酒店位置位於市中心地段，外出購物非常的方便，酒店的大堂裝修豪華，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，造型剛中有柔，盡顯青島地域建築風情。房間內廳和卧室都是正南向的。門口停車場，前台零停車票就可以，出來玩能住上滿意的酒店真的是很幸福的事兒呢，推薦給大家！！！

酒店很乾凈，也有很多的休閑娛樂設施，生意也很好，入住當天很多客房都住滿了。停車很方便，家人出行，或者喜歡呆酒店的都可以。房內設施很智能化用起來方便得很呢聽他們説都是挺大牌，酒店位置也很不錯，倩倩和小石很有親和力，介紹附近小吃路線和景點。一進門就可以讓人立馬放鬆進入度假模式的裝修，是我喜歡的風格，硬件也比較新，整體感覺不錯，已推薦給朋友，可愛死了。屋裡設施齊全，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到，客房的條件也很好，很重注設計感，簡約與中式很好的融合在一起。酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，小朋友很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，晚上休息很安逸，隔音效果不錯贊，早餐也準備的很不錯。平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。
