A clean hotel but did not meet standard of Hilton. Hotel frequently doesn’t have hot water and on the last night water was stopped from midnight to 6:30am for maintenance. There are two elevators one stopped working in middle of stay and they blocked it via a dustbin. Breakfast was so so

There are only two elevators, and you have to wait a long time to go up and down each time. There is no air conditioning in the 27-28 degree weather, so it is very stuffy to sleep at night.
