前台服務還可以，設施設備有些陳舊，不過枕頭被褥較新，衞生還不錯，酒店環境舒適，餐飲 簡單樸實，停車方便。

終於知道為什麼評分那麼低了！第一就是格林東方換了個名，位置超級難找，在人家另一個酒店裡麪，第二衞生條件堪憂，還有地毯也是臟的烏漆麻黑，第三空調噪音大的很，響了一晚上，第四插座太少，而且感覺晚上是限電了嗎，充了一晚上手機、電話手錶都沒充滿，我也是第一次見這種奇葩情況

1.這家酒店窗户壞了無法關閉，關閉也是露着一截兒，調換的房間也是類似！衞生間門有水泥塊兒無法關閉；水是有問題的！
2.別的酒店都是可以延退至14：00，當酒店通知我必須12：00前退房時，我打開網頁確實是12：00，電梯裏顯示是可以延至14：00，當我11：47分要在攜程網評價時顯示的是請在14：00後在做評價，就是説網頁上顯示的退房時間12：00和網上實際退房時間14：00不同！這攜程網上的訊息就被隨便更改了！誰敢選擇格盟這樣言行不一致的酒店呢！？
3.入住時錄入我們讓前台錄入身份證他補錄入，我們回房間查出衞生間門框下有個水泥疙瘩時，前台突然來電話要求我們下去錄入身份證，正好在吃飯！我們吃完飯14：04分去前台錄入身份證 前台空無一人！接着我們回到房間怎麼都等不到來修那塊衞生間門框下那塊水泥疙瘩和房間窗户關不上的酒店工程，突然有個自稱店長的，他在修別的空房間，我們就自己借用了修理工具自己撬攔着衞生間門的無法關住的衞生間門框那水泥疙瘩，窗户根本就關不住，關上窗户也露着大縫，給我們調換的房間也都有各種的類似毛病！
4.那假扮店長的人更是莫名其妙：在我們都要修完的時候非要進我們女士房間，還懷疑我們為啥不讓他進。我直接讓他報警，他不去，反而不一會就開始狂敲門要帶我們下去錄入身份證，這酒店是********嗎！？還是違法亂紀的？！我們可是烈士後代+幾代中醫了！
5.當我時隔一天多要發出評價時 居然發現我當時截屏的格盟要求我們必須12：00離店的網頁不見了 改的亂七八糟 可見是有故意做惡的！

位置好，到鼓樓街，食品街完全可以步行。地鐵也方便。服務比較好，衞生將就，設施設備比較老，電視機放不起，師傅來修了，可以使用。

衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：舒適
服務：很好
必須要表揚一下當班的樓層保潔員，我把衣服和充電器遺落在房間，由於她的細緻，很快就被她發現了，然後非常迅速和禮貌的歸還給我，令我對太原這座美麗的千年古城增加了一份好感與期待，下次再來太原，我還要選擇住在格盟酒店！

房間有一點繞，需從下面飯店宴會廳轉電梯，房間比較老有一種10年前的感覺，早餐種類有點少，比較淡。照片是前台

衞生不行，設施相對比較陳舊，兩天就給了一塊洗漱皂，地毯太臟，沒有馬桶墊，桌子一模比較粘手，手機充電都沒有地，有早飯雖然味道一般，但是距離步行街比較近，出行相對方便
