為了跨年訂的酒店 還可以 房間不大 環境還將就 前台服務挺好的 就是房間有點小 酒店沒有機器人 衹能外賣員敲門送

很好，服務也很好，位置也很方便，離景區都不遠，感覺房間有點冷。，跟前台溝通，拿來電暖，處理快，效率高，值得推薦。

房間太冷了，趕上太原零下17度的天氣，地暖沒想到半夜給關了，早上房間很冰窖一樣，打電話問前台才説重新開，都退房了都沒熱，真是無語！😓😓😓

酒店地理位置還行，但是服務真的是一言難盡，想要一次性拖鞋，前台電話沒人接。辦理入住的時候竟然都沒有人臉識別，很少見這樣的酒店了。最關鍵的酒店早上起來沒有熱水，沒有熱水，沒有熱水。
