Excellent location directly across the road from Maoye Plaza which is one of Taiyuan’s best shopping and dining destinations. The location means there’s a bit of traffic noise, and my room also had a bit of noise from the restaurant kitchen which was straight above, but it was all tolerable, especially for the convenience of the location. The room was very comfortable well-equipped, but cleanliness was a little down on what it should have been. Reception staff were most friendly and helpful, very quickly and happily helping when I had difficulty connecting to wifi. The breakfast was very good, with a healthy and tasty range of Chinese vegetable and meat dishes, salads, fruits, and more. I would very happily stay here again!

Had a great stay at this hotel. As always, Ibis Hotels provide good service and excellent cleanliness. The hotel is also situated in a good location near Mao Ye mall.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

dirty! dirty! dirty! The ceiling was dirty and messy, and the bedding was not changed at all. After a business trip for a few days, I came home and was infected with a very dirty disease, which was also passed on to my family! I am really angry. If I were a local, I would definitely complain to the relevant departments! 有一説一，這家酒店的服務是挺好的。住了一晚上第二天發現有蟲子爬身上了，先退房去的醫院，後來聯繫的酒店，酒店處理很積極，也挺配合的。
