酒店地理位置好，在汾河畔，去博物館參觀，去柳巷鐘樓也近，美食一網打盡；服務及時到位，對個性化的物品添加也很及時且免費，顧客至上，有賓至如歸的感覺；早餐不算豐盛，但滿足要求，下次還會入住。

房間非常小 自己體會！而且沒有停車場大大的不方便 沒有幫助客人解決停車場問題 敷衍了事 事不關己 也沒有推薦去那個停車場方便 衹讓自己去尋找 這就是對待客人的服務標準嗎？ 真是小刀拉屁股開了眼 在周圍繞了半個小時之多 找到一個收費的停車場 自己掏腰包80的停車費 酒店200多的房價 外加80的停車費真是夠夠的了 這種價錢完全可以住一個更好的酒店 受着窩囊氣 氣的高血壓都犯了 請不要選擇這種酒店 徒有其表 沒有實質性幫助 差評差評巨差 十分滿分打負數 零分都是對零的侮辱！ 我對零有了新的認識 ！

衞生：很差，桌子上有灰塵，床上有看上去就很臟的污漬，四個枕頭只有一個看起來稍微乾淨點點，床單也有污漬。
