酒店房間寬敞舒適，服務周到熱情，酒店出行方便，出租車、網約車很便捷，酒店離太原南站不遠，出酒店左轉200米路口有不少老牌餐飲。門口有公交，沒有坐過。太原道路寬闊規整，出租車司機熱情健談，介紹了不少當地的風土人情。柳巷、帽巷、鐘樓街人氣旺旺，年味十足，太原動物園的廟會好玩，迎澤大橋汾河兩岸的夜景漂亮

酒店位置很好，周邊商超美食多多，門口超大停車場，安全方便。
酒店設施齊全，服務到位，尤其是 21 層服務員，細緻耐心，熱情好客。
最滿意的是酒店健身房，配置設備一級棒，管理有序。
早晨走的早，沒吃早餐，估計也不錯。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務員熱情周到，尤其是一位姓馬的女士，微笑待客，認真負責，業務熟練，很快給我辦理了入住，還詳細介紹了周邊的特色小吃。房間寬敞明亮，床很舒適，設施到位，酒店地理位置也不錯，交通也很方便。值得推薦!

這次山西旅行住了兩晚五星的大同貴賓樓，兩晚四星的五台山友誼賓館，都是所謂攜程優選的酒店，體驗一晚更比一晚差。最後不再相信優選，選擇了這家酒店，居然驚喜了。（PS:攜程優選請檢討，我對你們推薦的酒店簡直有被詐騙的感覺）。
本人有一定的潔癖，大昌的衞生是我住過的酒店裡麪最乾淨的，我會用一塵不染來形容（詳見圖片），服務熱情，雖然trainee 有一點點不熟手，但是完全是達到服務標準。
唯一缺點：向馬路的房間，稍微有噪聲。
個人對酒店的評價：極度推薦。
服務：一流
環境：方便但周邊不是高檔區域
設施：質感好，狀態好
衞生：無與倫比
武宿機場或太原南站接送:沒有使用，評價不了。

這家酒店位於市中心的繁華地段，交通便利，周邊餐飲、購物、娛樂設施一應俱全，出行超級方便。一進入大堂，就被那高雅的裝飾和温馨的氛圍所打動，前台的服務人員笑容可掬，熱情地為我辦理入住手續，並耐心解答了我的所有疑問。
我的房間位於高層，視野開闊，窗外就是城市的美麗景色。房間內設施齊全，從舒適的床鋪到精緻的洗漱用品，每一個細節都透露出酒店的用心。特別是那張大床，軟硬適中，讓我一夜好眠，醒來後精神煥發。
早餐區域寬敞明亮，各種美食琳琅滿目，有新鮮的水果、熱騰騰的麪包、香濃的咖啡等等，每一道菜品都讓人垂涎欲滴。服務員還會主動詢問我的需求，為我推薦特色美食，讓我感到非常貼心。
總的來説，這家酒店無論是從地理位置、環境設施還是服務質量上都無可挑剔，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗。我會向朋友們強烈推薦這家酒店，相信他們也會愛上這裏的！
