I was very dissatisfied. I spent more than 300 to book a room with a view. But I didn’t see the view when I went there. I saw it was the roof, but the room was not the same as I planned. It was dirty.

酒店式公寓位於萬象邊上，邊上還有二個博物館，房間清潔，安排合理，住着很舒適。特別還有廚房，還有電磁爐，更好的是提供炊具。窗外景觀也很好。服務枱小姐熱情周到，有問題衹要微信告訴她們，及時派專業人員來解決。這是一次愉快滿意的住店。

服務：酒店服務很好，前台及客房阿姨都很熱心
環境：環境不錯，隔音也好
設施：設施差評，希望酒店可以在預訂詳情頁寫明客房熱水供應有限，僅供15分鐘而不是登記入住了才告知。不到15分鐘的熱水洗澡時間完全沒有辦法滿足一個正常女生的洗浴（建議洗頭洗澡分開）並且熱水升温很慢，從28度到40度至少需要兩小時，無奈洗了一個冷水澡。其次，牀板很硬很硬，不習慣硬牀板的客人不建議入住，睡不好。最後，房間是中央空調沒有辦法開製冷或通風，感謝客房阿姨送來的風扇。
