地址在北方廣場，周圍吃飯的地方特別多，隔壁就是海底撈，但是這個價格，相比較其他的，有一説一，感覺一般。首先最想吐槽的就是隔音，那是真的一點都不隔音，就感覺整層是個沒有隔間的大通鋪，隔壁聊天的聲音聽的一清二楚。 然後是電視，住了兩天都沒有操作明白，行，算我比較笨，我認了。最後酒店前台服務態度還是不錯的。

太原的整體之行，滿意得不得了！為了打造演唱會之城，太原文旅確實上大分！
環境：酒店雖然不在鬧市區，甚至有點太偏北了，但交通挺方便的，公交、打車都OK。
設施：房間挺大的，使用方便，住着挺舒適的。
服務：前台服務很熱情周到，體驗感挺好。
衞生：衞生條件不錯，沒有看到奇怪的小動物，也沒有睡眠不適感。
酒店忘了拍照，就拿主題來湊吧！😂

衞生一般，有頭髮，設施老舊，服務態度極差，老闆可以聽聽這天的錄音，看看你用的員工如何和客人溝通，希望吸取教訓，否則花錢顧的服務員，會慢慢把你這家店做倒閉！一個前台女服務員，沒有禮貌，説話牛氣，感覺就是你住不起就不要住，無所謂，你家生意真就好到這份了？我詢問鐘點轉全天，虛報價格，是要把錢裝自己兜裏？讓我質疑！而且難道你們店覺得客人都是**嗎？攜程，**顯示的，意思我看不到，由你們店裡隨便説？非常氣憤！不建議大家住，簡直黑店！！！
