The best hotel of my travel experiences! All of Staffs is so kind and friendly. Room is very clean and comfortable. They clean my room and change the towels everyday. I recommend this hotel if you come to Taiyuan

每次出門都會選擇漢庭酒店，房間乾淨舒適，床單被罩嶄新如初，wifi 順暢無阻，看電影毫無卡頓。洗浴設施也很全,洗髮水沐浴露很不錯,房間的隔音也好,我個人睡覺很淺都可以睡得舒服,周圍沒有噪音,服務態度一如既往地好,有什麼事打給前台都會很快速地處理你的問題,辦事效率非常高,很滿意!環境乾淨舒適，交通便利,性價比高,位置好,價格實惠，服務周到熱情

攜程平台預訂入住。晚21:45左右辦理入住時，前台告知所在樓層不臨街的衹有一間。放置好物品處置好個人事物後發現，改房間緊鄰布草間和設備，中央空調出風口在關閉情況下始終有較大聲音，反覆確認自己關閉空調的操作是否正確，0點左右，聯繫前台，前台告知可以調換房間，也在同一樓層。
提醒攜程的用户，以前也遇到類似情況，商家會把條件最差的房間留給攜程客户。
打掃房間，不倒垃圾，不收拾洗手池。

對漢庭酒店而言來説我覺的應該是很不錯的選擇了一定很好，但是讓我很失望啊！衞生一塌糊塗，我給前台打電話説穿衣鏡全是水漬很多的，桌面上還🈶殘留物和污漬説讓服務人員來給處理，沒想到🉐是我問服務員怎麼衞生這麼不乾淨，他盡然回答説做房多了就是這樣子的衞生。難道我們花錢住酒店還得等你服務員做房不多了再住嗎？更🉑氣的是三返五次的要給我從新打掃！因為這我當時就很生氣了！太不應該啦！前台服務態度很好！
