Xana Lite Hotel (Taiyuan Dananmen Metro Station Store)

As soon as I checked in, I found that the pillowcase was very dirty. The floor was very dirty. The room was very small. I would not choose this hotel again after staying here for the first time.

This time I traveled to Taiyuan before the peak statutory holidays. Xian Hotel left a very deep impression on me and added a lot of color to my trip! We stayed in Room 505 from 4.2 to 4.4. The room was spacious (thanks to the front desk guy for the free upgrade). It was facing the sun, with good lighting and good ventilation through the windows. Although it was facing the street, the height of the floor blocked a large part of the noise. The mattress was a little harder overall, with good support. Compared to the soft ones, the support was very good, and I had a good rest. During the whole stay, the noise did not affect my rest. The check-in guy and the check-out lady at the front desk were very friendly. The service was not as bad as mentioned in the negative reviews on Ctrip. They were almost responsive and tried their best to meet all requests within their capabilities (except for those customers who have to spend a lot of money to do big things). Next time I go to Taiyuan, I will still choose this hotel as my preferred hotel. A little suggestion: It is recommended to add a shorter table or luggage rack next to the long table where the kettle is placed in the room. Because the space on the sink is limited, there is not much storage space for the bath towels and luggage. Thank you.

Generally speaking, it is OK. The surrounding environment is average, the hotel building is relatively old, and the sound insulation is very poor. The room is small and the wifi signal is not good. The service is still very good, and they will take the initiative to help carry the suitcase.

The room is easy to find, just over 10 minutes' walk from Zhonggu Street Clean and sanitary, Xiaodu speakers, smart curtains, and smart toilets are all good The downside is that we live on the fifth floor and there is some strange noise from some device at night. It is not clear during the day but very obvious at night, which is a bit noisy.
