十一自駕到山西，第一天剛來的時候住了一次，非常滿意，所有的設施都很新很乾凈，床鋪舒服睡的很好，房間非常安靜，聽不到一丁點樓道或者關門的聲音，8樓有個大泳池，1.2-1.4米，帶孩子遊玩最合適了。最後一天回程還想住這裏，開始訂了一間2號樓的房間，十點孩子剛睡下，發現房間一點都不隔音，過道説話聲就像在耳邊一樣，關門聲咚咚咚的超級大聲，，找到前台，這裏一定要贊一下前廳部李志強，住的兩次，都是他給辦理的入住，第一次就特別細心的幫我安排了一間安靜的房間，這次因為隔音不好，噪音太大，睡不好，我提出補差價換到主樓更安靜的房間，但李志強直接幫忙免費升級到了舒適大床房，因為我要抱着睡着的孩子，李志強還幫我一起把行李挪到新房間裏，小夥子工作非常認真，對待旅客非常有耐心和貼心，忍不住想誇一下。酒店管理方面要吐槽一下，因為換房間，不小心把孩子的泳鏡落在2號樓了，第二天早上孩子要去游泳，給前台打電話泳鏡很快就找到了，説是馬上送到房間來，但是左等右等，電話又催了2次，最後跑到前台，他們才重視，抓緊調度，最後從找到眼鏡到送到我手裡，正正用了30分鐘，如果是我自己下樓過去取，最多5分鐘就能拿到，害我們乾等那麼久。酒店針對遺留物品的處理流程，前台和客房又是如何交接工作的？希望以後再來可以看到更好的服務吧

設施：房間寬敞明亮，各方面設施設備都很棒，跟上次入住比增加了體重秤，雖然出來玩根本別想控制住體重，但是給這個貼心贊一個。
環境：整體高大上，滿足出行住宿，健身游泳，享受美食多方面需求，出行到太原，非常推薦梧桐大廈酒店，這次遊玩路過山西，特地選擇了再次入住梧桐大廈酒店。
服務：前台，游泳館，餐廳都服務特別熱情，餐食非常贊。

房間不錯，環境挺安靜的，前台説送歡迎水果，回去後我忘了要了，感覺窗簾旁邊其實有個小沙發還是不錯的，可惜沒有。有個直飲水機好評，雖然現在身體原因不能喝了，但是冰吧裏的可樂啥的要收費我不是很理解。住萬達文華啥的都直接給送了。

來太原看五月天演唱會訂的，遇到了很多wmls們，這家酒店的性價比很高，酒店環境和服務都是五星級的，但是不知道是不是副樓的原因，隔音效果不太好，有待改進。其他入住體驗都很好，交通十分便利，就在演唱會接駁車停靠的長風街路口對面，離南北幾個景點也都是二十分鐘左右車程，位置很好；（演唱會期間酒店大樓的屏幕還滾動播放五月天《倔強》的歌詞“逆風的方向 更適合飛翔”應援！特別感動）服務方面打掃的阿姨會留特色小點心，會貼心根據喜好補相同的水果，出入時也很熱情跟我們打招呼，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很温柔，還幫忙找遺失物品，還有次問路過的工作人員小姐姐找垃圾桶，小姐姐直接幫忙扔垃圾了。這些都給這次旅行帶來很多幸福感，下次如果來太原還會考慮來這邊～下次有機會也要體驗一下酒店的特色餐廳！
