Taiyuan Hotels with Airport pickup service

This stay experience was great, I must give this hotel a thumbs up! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the grand and warm lobby. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient. They quickly helped me check in and introduced the hotel's services. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very attentive. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The intelligent facilities in the room were also amazing. The lights, curtains, and air conditioners can all be controlled with one button, and the experience was full. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is amazing. The gym is fully equipped to meet my daily exercise needs. There is also a swimming pool with clear water, and I feel refreshed after swimming. The location is also very good, with shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions around, making travel convenient. This stay was excellent, both the service and facilities were impeccable, and I will come again next time!

The hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable! Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here! Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

The hotel is well decorated and quite upscale. The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The location is very good, close to Liuxiang and Shanxi Museum. Manager Xinyi's service is very good. She gave snacks and toys to the children. The room with the theme of the little mythical beast is also very cute. It is well received.

The room was quiet and hygienic, the service staff were proactive and courteous, especially the breakfast had a wide variety of varieties, and the restaurant service was warm, friendly, responsible and proactive, which left a deep and good impression on me.

The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

In the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

The hotel we booked is basically the most expensive one in Taiyuan~ but the room size is average, and it's not in the city center, so the room is not big! The overall service is not as good as that of the Southern Hotel. For example, the Southern Hotel 🏨 will call to ask what time you will arrive, whether you have driven, and add WeChat to send the location. The Northern Hotel does not have that. The license plate is entered for convenient entry and exit. I stayed for four days and had breakfast for four days. I have to complain. One is that children over 1.4 meters tall have to pay full price for breakfast. My son is only 9 years old and tall. After talking to them, they calculated it at half price. After four days, breakfast cost 356 yuan. In addition, the fruit for breakfast is really not good. It feels not fresh or frozen. I told the waiter once on the second day that the fruit was not good, and it was replaced at that time, but it was still the same on the third and fourth days. Pictures speak louder than words. I won't take a picture of the cantaloupe 🍈, it's all stringy~

The hotel also has an airport shuttle service that is more convenient. The service of the lady at the front desk is also super friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The environment is good and the sound insulation is also very good.
