The size of the room is right, the bathroom water flow is sufficient, the TV is large and smart, you can cast screens, the decoration outside the corridor is also very beautiful, and there is a gym. Breakfast may be simpler during the Chinese New Year, but the staff service is super good, and two dishes are temporarily added to the problem of small dishes, and small snacks are also sent at one table. At the time of check-out, I also sent local cider vinegar in Shanxi. Recommended to travel to live here!

Stayed for one night, because the next morning to catch the train, I asked the front desk in advance if there was an early service. The service staff affirmatively replied that there was, and booked the early reminder at 6:00 the next morning. As a result, no one provided an early call until 6:30 the next day. The waiter didn't have any explanation when checking out. I almost didn't catch the train. I don't know how such an ordinary service can't be provided in your hotel.

First of all, the breakfast is perfect. There are both Chinese and Western styles. Every dish and every type is perfect. It is very comfortable and satisfying to eat. The hotel as a whole gives people a very relaxed, open and fashionable feeling, I like it. The facilities are complete, parking is very convenient, you can wash clothes, heat meals, and the uncle can even adjust the TV for you, which is very warm and thoughtful. The aunt at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the check-in process was a bit slow and complicated, as it required adding WeChat and so on.

Excellent location directly across the road from Maoye Plaza which is one of Taiyuan’s best shopping and dining destinations. The location means there’s a bit of traffic noise, and my room also had a bit of noise from the restaurant kitchen which was straight above, but it was all tolerable, especially for the convenience of the location. The room was very comfortable well-equipped, but cleanliness was a little down on what it should have been. Reception staff were most friendly and helpful, very quickly and happily helping when I had difficulty connecting to wifi. The breakfast was very good, with a healthy and tasty range of Chinese vegetable and meat dishes, salads, fruits, and more. I would very happily stay here again!

The parking lot is large and very convenient. The hotel is an independent courtyard, clean and quiet. The hotel entrance is very fashionable. After entering the hotel, the front desk greeted me very warmly and helped me move my luggage. I must give it a thumbs up. The lobby decoration is very beautiful. The big sister and the little sister at the front desk are also very beautiful. They speak softly and warmly. There are free mineral water and tea bags in the room. The room is very warm with floor heating. The bedding is clean, the towels and bath towels are very soft, and the floor towels have good water absorption. I got up in the morning and went to the restaurant to have a buffet breakfast. It is free, delicious, and rich in nutrition. The restaurant waiter is very polite. When I checked out, I was given hand cream before leaving. It is so convenient and practical. I give it another big thumbs up! I am very satisfied with this trip to Shanxi.
