I checked in some time ago the day before yesterday and forgot to write an evaluation; I don’t know why the front desk is so stiff. It seems that the guest owes her money. I also don’t care about the speech. I didn’t smile. I booked for two nights. The room card was unlocked for one night. The next day I was tired and went back to the hotel to the door of the room and found that the room card could not open the door. I was speechless. But fortunately, a manager or some leader helped open the door and helped to go downstairs and re-swipe the room card. The breakfast coupon was also given for a day, and the next day I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The hotel quickly improves the service attitude of the front desk, other staff and services are very good, the front desk is very bad
