有地面免費停車場，因房間包含雙早，前台問我們早餐願意在餐廳吃還是底層玫瑰廳喝泰州早茶，到泰州來一大半是為了嚐嚐看看當地早茶和揚州有何異同，前台即給我們2張30元早茶代金券。
無論是前台大姐還是中餐廳服務員都很熱情，感覺是對自己工作的熱愛吧。早茶味道甚好，價格應該是不算便宜的。

頭一次到泰州，按照介紹當年國家主席下榻過泰州賓館。就憑這個，必須住此賓館。酒店佔地面積大，設施有些舊，但是衞生還是很好，服務也很到位。酒店早茶很不錯，晚上吃飯人不是很多，但是質量很好。蟹黃包值得打包帶走啊

我訂的是親子套，還選了好久，攜程推薦訂了。酒店整體很老！設施老舊！有親子的杯子，寶寶被子手把是壞的，不如不放！親子套就是多了個滑梯，床品和圖片不一樣，就是白床單！既然是親子房應該有小童拖鞋和牙刷呀！沒有！後來問服務員要才給，這個價位老五星酒店一點不周到！還有一點是最接受不了的，廁所門對着床頭！空調口也對着床頭！很乾燥！總之一家都沒睡好！體驗感極差！早餐很一般，和同樣級別的酒店相差很大！！！

春節周邊酒店都漲價離譜，泰州算是價格窪地了吧，因為真的玩的地方比較少。泰州賓館是領導人曾經下榻過的酒店，比較舊了但歷史底藴還在，建議可以跟隔壁揚州的幾家國賓館學習，開發一下酒店導覽服務，講述一下酒店的歷史還有一些寶物的來歷。另外酒店周邊的環境可以改善一下，現在比較荒涼真的有點可惜了。酒店有家庭連通房，適合拖家帶口，這點很加分。衞生方面希望再仔細一點，馬桶側面有血跡，為免噁心自己擦掉了，也不拍照片了。

老牌五星酒店，服務很棒，中午12點前到酒店，提前讓攜程的客服跟酒店溝通能否提前入住，一到前台，服務員就説已經幫我預留好房間可以提前入住了。房間設施雖然有點老，但是保養的還不錯。房間贈送的自助早餐如果不想吃也可以換成每人30元價值的玫瑰園的早茶券，玫瑰園的早茶品質確實不錯，魚湯餛飩、秧菜包都很好吃。酒店紫竹苑的正餐也很不錯，我兩頓晚餐都在紫竹苑吃的，性價比也不錯。酒店離老街、梅園、桃園都挺近的。

服務很好，早茶種類不多，建議增加行李員或者保安，車輛停放沒有引導，行李衹能一趟趟搬，房間能看出一定的年份，設施可能有點老舊，關門有點異響，淋浴噴頭水有點小

房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，入住接待、總枱服務、客房服務、餐廳服務都非常熱情；尤其是總枱華萍主管服務周到體貼、細緻，應該特別予以大大的點贊👍平安夜收到客房管家的聖誕禮物及賀卡，賀卡是手寫的，讓人感到非常温馨。此次入住體驗非常滿意，以後有機會還會介紹朋友或自己再來。
